Core Values

Every organization has values. These are not ours alone. The authority of Scripture, the centrality of the gospel, the supremacy of Christ — these are givens, not distinctives. We share them with every faithful mission organization. They are the foundation, not the list.

What follows are the six convictions that give TBM its particular shape. They are not what we consider most important. They are what makes us different — the commitments that define how we work, who we send, how we handle money, and how we think about the church's role in missions. Other organizations do missions differently. This is how we do it.
