Serving in Tarapoto , Peru
Marcos, raised in Peru as a missionary kid, and Allyson moved to the San Martín region in 2026 to reach unreached villages with the gospel after an earlier calling to Indonesia did not open up.
Our Ministry
Marcos and Allyson believe God has called them to work in villages around Tarapoto, in Peru's San Martín region, that have little or no access to a Bible-believing church. Many have heard a distorted gospel and are confused about what Scripture actually teaches. They are currently investigating these villages and developing a strategy to reach them, with evangelistic outreach and discipleship as their present focus, aiming eventually toward church planting in one of these communities.
About Us
Marcos was born and raised in Peru to Delwin and Techy Fowler, growing up as a missionary kid, an experience that shaped his own call to missions. After high school he studied at Frontier School of the Bible.
Allyson is from Texas and was raised in a Christian family. She never felt a specific call to missions growing up but always wanted to be a wife and mother. She and Marcos met at Frontier, in the same class, where God made clear to both of them that He wanted them serving overseas.
They married in 2021 with plans to serve in Indonesia as Bible translators, but that door closed more than once. Through godly counsel and prayer, God redirected them toward Peru, where many communities remain unreached. They moved to Peru in January 2026 and have served in the San Martín region since.
